First-time Purchase

Maximum Purchase Limits does not authorize the resale of merchandise purchased through this website. To protect you and to ensure that we are able to serve all of our customers, we have a purchase limit of maximum 10 items of the same product per order.

Bonus Points

Each time you make purchase on, you will earn bonus point to redeem cashdollars or gifts. You may refer to "My Bonus-Point Requirement" for more. Your bonus point will be valid for 1 year from the date you earned the bonus point upon purchase on To view your bonus point balance, just login to "my account" and go to "my bonus-points". To apply the bonus points at checkout, simply select the available cashdollars or gifts option on Shopping Cart page under Bonus Point, enter the quantity and the system will automatically calculate the subtotal points required. Then you click "apply" to confirm your redemption. You may continue the same step to redeem more items as long as you have adequate points to use.  

Coupon Code / Referral Code 

If you have a coupon code or referral code, just enter it in the designated field on the Shopping Cart page. Click "apply" to see the reward reflected in your shopping cart. All codes are valid for one-time use per customer only. The referral code giveaway is limited to one offer per customer only. 



Paypal / Credit Cards (Mastercard / Visa) -

We accept PayPal, Visa and Master. PayPal is an all-in-one payment solution, which allows customers to accept credit cards and PayPal account balances. Please note that a PayPal account is not required when you make a credit card payment under PayPal.

When providing credit card information, you must be the registered cardholder or have permission from them before a transaction is made. Once you place an order, your PayPal account balance will be deducted.

China UnionPay & Alipay -

Alipay & China Union Pay (For customers holding Chinese identity cards)

We also accept Alipay and China Union Pay when payments are made in China. With Alipay and China Union Pay, you can pay with main bank cards issued from Mainland China. The payment total will be converted from HKD to CNY (RMB), and will be shown at payment gateway's page during the payment process. Further instructions will be sent to you via email once you have chosen any of the above payment methods.





1. Published prices and final invoices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Final credit card and PayPal debited amounts may vary based on currency fluctuations and the card issuing bank. If the payment is approved, it will automatically direct you back to our site and you will receive an order confirmation via your provided email. If you do not receive your order confirmation email in your Inbox, please check your Spam folder.

2. Nippon Kendai encourages clients to contact their home bank to receive the accurate price conversion and any bank charges related to the transaction.

3. Please make sure your bank card has enabled the online payment function.

4. Items will not be shipped until the transaction has been cleared. If you have any difficulties when placing an order and did not receive any email regarding order confirmation, please go to Contact us, our Customer Service team is on hand to support during our Business Hours.

5. All payment forms are subject to bank verification and review by Nippon Kendai. reserve the right to refuse to process any transaction due to unauthorized or suspected fraud or illegal activity.

6. Declined Payment:
If your payment has been declined, unfortunately we are not able to reinstate your original order. In this case you will need to place your order again.

There are a few reasons that makes the situation happened:
- Incorrect card details
- Incorrect security code
- Your card issuer may have declined your payment

For credit card problems, please contact your bank for assistance, or you may contact our Customer Care team as we will try to resolve it as we can.

7. Changing / Cancelling order 
Once you have completed your purchase through, we do not accept any changes or cancellation on ordered items and delivery address.


Shipping Method and Time

We ship order through the Hong Kong Post Office or STO Express depending on buyer’s location. Order will be dispatched within 3 working days once payment is received. Most orders are generally delivered within 7 - 14 business days* from their date of shipment. 
Local (Hong Kong) orders are not accepted on selected products currently.

*These are estimated delivery times only and we shall not be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery times may vary, particularly due to poor weather conditions or during Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter and other holiday periods. Although cannot guarantee delivery times, we do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them.

Free shipping

Free shipping will be provided if you meet the Net Order Amount required as listed on shopping cart page. Each eligible order is qualified for one-time free shipping only. If customer requests several shipments for one order, please enquire us for additional shipping cost.

Delivery note

A hard copy of delivery note will be inserted inside parcel in general practice. Product name, price and quantity will be printed on the delivery note for logistic purposed or in complying with the laws and requirements of delivery country.

For orders to be delivered to Mainland China

Since mainland China's customs authorities imposed a tighter postal security measures, parcels may be selected for customs clearance randomly and therefore may be subject to a certain delay on delivery time. 

If orders returned to us are due to customer's refusal to pay tax or inability to make import trade declarations, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees for the return of the goods, handling fee and a 25% re-stocking fee of the value of the products (a 50% re-stocking fee is required for the returned order of Molval Metabolic 850®).

Title of Products, Documents and Fees to Import

All title and risk of loss and damage of products will be passed to customer when order is dispatched by will deliver the products according to customer’s instructions. Exchange Policy

Goods exchange is limited to any damage* caused during shipment or wrong parcel has been received. Upon receipt of the damaged items or wrong products within 24 hours, customers should immediately follow these steps and report to us:

1. Photograph the damaged goods or wrong product as proof

2. Recipients should write us an email within 24 hours to request for goods exchange and attach the photo of the damaged item or wrong product, include postage receipt and quote the invoice number, so we can follow up the case more effiiciently. 

3. Pack the return products along with our acknowledgement email securely in a box that we can expedite your request.

4. Send the return items by mail to: Nippon Kendai Research & Development Ltd., 1412-13, China Merchant Tower, Shun Tak Centre, 168-200 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong. 

5. All return shipping fee (Max. HK$200 for China and overseas) will be refunded by offering you a credit off your next purchase to cover the reimbursement.

Non-returnable items

We DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:
  • Request for exchange of the damaged products over 1 day after receipt of goods
  • Any product that has been opened or used (eg. taken out of its plastic wrap or box)
  • Any free gift product and samples or discounted products
  • Any product that is not purchased from

Undeliverable orders

Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal to pay tax/ refusal to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient. When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the shipping fee, handling fee and a 25% of the product value as re-stocking fee (Please note the re-stocking fee of Molval Metabolic 850® is 50% of the product value). The refund will be made through the credit card or debit card company, PayPal, or Alipay account that was used to purchase the merchandise. 

Refund Policy

Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. All Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you.
